NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH META PLATFORMS, INC.

1. DESCRIPTION: The Hampton Water Rosé x poppi x SharkNinja, Inc. (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 08/02/25 at 12:00 PM (“ET”) and concludes 08/04/25 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of HMPTN Water LLC, VNGR Beverage LLC, ShakNinja,Inc.

2. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, and who have a public Instagram account. Obtaining an Instagram account is free of charge. To sign up for an Instagram account, download the mobile app or visit www.instagram.com. Instagram’s Terms of Use apply. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: i) employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of: a) Sponsor; b) the legal, sweepstakes and advertising agencies of Sponsor; c) any entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes; d) any licensed alcoholic beverage retailers, wholesalers, distributors, retail licensees, authorized licensees, wholesale licensees, or distributors; and e) any parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent or representative of any entity referred to in a), b), c), or d); and ii) the immediate family members (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and those living in their household (whether or not related) and of any person referred to in i) above. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: This Sweepstakes has (a) an initial entry method (“Initial Entry”). And (b) optional bonus entry methods (each, a “Bonus Entry”). All entrants must first enter via the Initial Entry method prior to being eligible to receive Bonus Entries. To enter, at the beginning of each Entry Period:

A. Initial Entry:

(i) log into your Instagram account and ensure your account settings allow Sponsor to view your account posts (i.e., your account is public);

(ii) view Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Instagram in-feed post for the applicable Entry Period (each, a “Sweepstakes Post”);

(iii follow Hampton Water at the following social media handle on Instagram: @hamptonwater, @drinkpoppi, @ninjakitchen, throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least thirty (30) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes); and

(iv) “Share” the Sweepstakes Post.

(v) Comment and tag two (2) friends of yours by leaving a comment on the Sweepstakes Post. Ensure you have permission from your friends to tag them as instructed in the Sweepstakes Post.

Following the foregoing Initial Entry instructions will provide you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”).

Entries may or may not be acknowledged, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions set forth herein (including failure to include the required hashtags or comply with the Submission Requirements set forth herein) or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor, may be disqualified. Any Entry which is not received by the Sponsor within the Sweepstakes Period shall also be considered invalid. Friend(s) tagged in a winning Entry will not receive any Prize in connection with the Sweepstakes by virtue of being tagged in a winning Entry. All Entries must comply with the following submission requirements set forth below (“Submission Requirements”):

• Entry must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s Terms of Use;
• Entry cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity;
• Entry cannot promote illegal drugs, tobacco, e-cigarettes, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message, or any activity which promotes excessive drinking, binge drinking, drinking beyond the legal permissible limit, etc.;
• Entry cannot include any materials relating to lotteries or gambling;
• Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
• Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging, libelous, tortious or slanderous remarks about Sponsor, its products or services, or other people, products or companies;
• Entry cannot include mention or contain performance of any copyrighted media production, including, but not limited to, music, films, books, television programming, etc., or identifying descriptions of any media property, except to the extent that such use constitutes a clear fair use, or the copyright owner has expressly consented to such use;
• Entry cannot contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including, but not limited to, material that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. Entries must not include third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, sculptures, music, or images of any kind;
• Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and
• Entry cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

5. DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: At the close of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Entry from all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period as the potential winner, for a total of three (3) Potential winners for the entire Sweepstakes. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED

AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will notify the potential winners via Instagram direct message (“DM”) and the potential winner must respond to Sponsor within forty-eight hours of attempted notice by Sponsor or Sponsor reserves the right to select another potential winner from among all eligible Entries. All potential winners may be subject to verification, including verification of age. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline the Prize (defined below) for any reason, such Prize will be forfeited. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from date of issuance or following the date of notification via DM, or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not respond within the designated time, or any Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or declines the Prize for any reason prior to award, the potential winner forfeits the Prize and Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the Prize(s) will remain un-awarded. By accepting a Prize, winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

6. ODDS: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

Limit one (1) Prize per person in the Sweepstakes. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize or redeem the Prize for cash. The Prize will be mailed to the verified

winner within approximately 4-6 weeks of verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.

All costs and expenses not set forth as part of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a Prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. No returns/exchanges. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, intercepted, or undeliverable postal mail or Prize(s) otherwise not received.

8. TAXES: All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Any valuation of the Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor. The value of the Prize will be taxable to winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely winner’s responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. You must contact your own tax advisor for any questions concerning taxes.

9. GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, including, without limitation, the use of bots or any other attempt to create ‘likes’ or other indicia of social media influence, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, (b) the Sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of Entries per these Official Rules, or (c) the Sweepstakes is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Sponsor. In the event of modification or suspension, Sponsor may (as permitted by applicable laws) select a winner from the remaining uncorrupted eligible Entries received prior to such event or interruption or award no Prize. Failure to provide any requested information to verify eligibility, and/or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize. By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., the legal, Sweepstakes, and advertising agencies of Sponsor, and any entity or individual connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents (including, without limitation, Jon Bon Jovi) (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering, announcement, or administration of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes process. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s Entries and that participant may be disqualified from the entire Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to submit an Entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address or social media account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or social media accounts for the domain associated with the email address used to register the Instagram account. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the winning Entry. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.

10. LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any Prize; or (f) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Except where prohibited by law, winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.

11. DISPUTES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action and all claims, awards and judgments shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurfred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. No participant is permitted to obtain any award for, and waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Tennessee, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes or Official Rules shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
