1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled
2 tsp. raw, unfiltered honey
3 tsp. Asian chili paste
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
4 (4 oz.) Ahi tuna steaks


  1. Place ingredients, except tuna, into the Nutri Ninja® Cup and pulse to blend. Set aside.
  2. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
  3. Broil or grill the tuna steaks over high heat just until seared; turn and sear the other side for 1-2 minutes. Plate the tuna and spoon the sauce over each serving.
  4. Go ahead, embrace your inner meal prepper. We hear you, making smoothies the night before is a huge time saver.
