2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the dough attachment in the bowl and add flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt; blend on 1 to combine.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again on 1 until muffin mix is well combined.
  4. Prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray and spoon the mixture into the cups.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
