Why won't the motor turn on?
Ensure that the power cord is plugged in. Press the Power button. If you still don't have power, please try plugging the unit into a different outlet, and then press the power button agin.

Why did my power light start flashing while I was blending?
As a safety feature the motor will automatically shut off if it becomes too warm during heavy loads. Unplug the unit from the wall and wait 15 minutes before using again.

Why does the power light blink prior to blending?
The pitcher may not be properly assembled. Make sure the pitcher lid is assembled properly aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the handle. Press down firmly on the handle until you hear a slight click to ensure it is fully engaged. The unit will not run if the lid is not assembled correctly & the handle is not fully engaged.
