What do I do if my unit is not mixing ingredient/ingredients are getting stuck?
If ingredients are getting stuck on the sides of the pitcher, scrape the sides and add additional liquid if needed.

The screen displays “Er”.
If the timer displays “Er”, unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Remove the container's lid and blade assembly and empty the contents to ensure no ingredients are jamming the blade assembly.

The timer displays “... ...”
If the unit is plugged in and powered on, but there is no container installed, the timer will display “... ...”. Install a container and the available program buttons will illuminate, indicating the unit is ready for use.
