How do I assemble the pitcher and Micro-Juice Filter?
Place the pitcher on a level surface. Insert the filter into the pitcher, aligning the arrow on the filter with the pour spout on the pitcher.

After loading ingredients, place the lid on the pitcher, aligning the triangle symbol on the lid with the triangle symbol on the pitcher's handle. Press down on both tabs to lock the lid in place. The triangle symbols must be aligned for the lid to lock in place and for the unit to operate.

Next, align the pitcher so the handle is on the right side of the motor base, in a diamond shape. Once the pitcher is settled onto the motor base, lock in the pitcher by turning it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Why won't the unit reach or maintain a full vacuum seal?
If the unit does not reach or maintain a full vaccum seal, check to ensure:
  • The vacuum channel cover on the single-serve blending cup or pitcher lid is securely closed. Ensure cover is latched completely.
  • The overflow reservoir is cleaned and completely dry. If cleaning is needed, remove reservoir from base and clean it by rinsing under water or putting it in the dishwasher. Make sure reservoir is dry before reinstalling and vacuum sealing.
  • The pitcher lid is securely fastened. Make sure lid is on tightly and latched securely.
  • The cup is correctly attached to the base. Align the vacuum channel on the cup with the lock symbol on the motor base and rotate cup clockwise until the it clicks into place.

Why is the juice too foamy?
To get smooth, light, juice, you must use the Juice program. If you used the Juice program, the vessel may not have been vaccumed sealed properly.

At the end of the power cord, there will be a 4-digit number engraved on the outside of one of the metal prongs. This is the date code of your unit, which tells you the date your unit was produced.
