What does it mean when E01 appears on the display screen?
The cooking pot is not inside the cooking system. Insert the pot.

What does it mean when E02 or E03 appears on the display screen?
The unit is not functioning properly. Contact Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.

What does it mean when Err appears on the display screen?
This occurs when power to the unit is interrupted or if the unit is plugged in and the function dial is not in the OFF position. Turn the function dial to OFF and then turn dial to the desired cooking function.

If the unit displays Err for a prolong period of time due to power failure, dispose of any food in the cooking pot for health and safety reasons.

I accidentally poured water into the cooker's main housing instead of the pot. What should I do?
Unplug the unit and use a large towel to absorb as much water as possible. Once the main housing is completely dry, you can use the unit again. If you experience difficulties, contact Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.

What happens if the power goes out while I'm not home and the slow cooker is on?
The unit will display Err and food will automatically stop cooking.

At the end of the power cord, there will be a 4-digit number engraved on the outside of one of the metal prongs. This is the date code of your unit, which tells you the date your unit was produced.
