My Ninja® Professional Frying System is plugged in but turns off?
Ensure that oil is in the oil reservoir and that you have programmed a time on the LCD screen. If the problem persists reset the unit as mentioned above.

What do I do if the fryer fails to operate?
First, make sure the plug is securely plugged into the electrical outlet. Check the magnetic end of the power cord is properly attached to the unit. If so, insure the electrical outlet is working by unplugging the unit, check your fuse box or circuit breaker box and reset the breaker, then plug the unit back in. If the problem persists, contact Customer Care at 1-866-826-6941.

At the end of the power cord, there will be a 4-digit number engraved on the outside of one of the metal prongs. This is the date code of your unit, which tells you the date your unit was produced.
