How do I assemble the Ninja® Professional Frying System?
Start by removing all packaging material and inserts. Wash the Fryer Lid with Viewing Window, Oil Reservoir and Fryer Basket with Handle and lid in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the fryer housing and heating element with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Place the oil reservoir in the fryer housing. Align the control panel into the grooves on the back of the fryer housing and place in the oil reservoir. Assemble the basket by squeezing the basket handle and aligning into the basket (see image). Add oil to the oil reservoir taking caution not to exceed the fill line. Note: the unit has a safety feature designed to shut off if there is no oil in the reservoir. Once you have added oil, attach the magnetic power cord to the back of the control panel and then plug into the outlet.
