Why are ingredients blowing around when air frying?
Occasionally, the fan from the air fryer will blow lightweight ingredients around. To alleviate this, secure foods (like the top slice of bread on a sandwich) with toothpicks.

Why won’t the temperature go any higher?
The max temperature the unit will reach is 400°F.

Why did the display screen go black?
The unit is in standby mode. Press the power button to turn the unit back on.

Why is there an “E” message on the display screen?

Why is the unit not heating up?
The unit will need time to preheat before reaching the set cook temperature. For best results, we recommend preheating the unit before adding ingredients. To preheat, add an additional 3 minutes to the cook time and allow the unit to come up to temperature before adding ingredients.
