1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless salmon, cut in 2-inch chunks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon crab seasoning
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients into the 64-ounce Precision Processor in the order listed.
- Select CHOP until mixture is ground. Form mixture into 4 burgers.
- Spray a nonstick skillet or grill pan with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
