1 small shallot, peeled, cut in half
2.5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
250 ml grapeseed oil or other neutral vegetable oil


  1. Place all ingredients into the 650 ml Single-Serve Cup in the order listed.
  2. Select DRESSING.
  3. Remove blades from cup after blending
NOTE: Always allow the soup to cool to room temperature before blending. Once blended, transfer mixture back to a saucepan and heat to desired temperature.
