Beef Burger Sliders

1 1/8 cups (10 ounces) uncooked beef chuck, cut in 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup (6 ounces) uncooked beef brisket, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/4 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 burger slider buns
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Place beef chuck, beef brisket, onion, salt and pepper into the 64-ounce Precision Processor. Select CHOP until ingredients are finely ground.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Form the meat mixture into 6 patties and place on the skillet. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve burgers on buns, topped with cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce.
