3 cloves garlic, peeled
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 large egg
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grapeseed or canola oil
Place all ingredients, except oils, into the Pitcher in the order listed.
Turn dial to DRESSING, then press START/STOP to begin. While program is running, remove the lid cap and slowly drizzle in olive oil. Repeat with grapeseed or canola oil.
Refrigerate until ready for use.
Adjust to your taste by adding extra garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese, as desired.
