Peach, Green Tea and White Pepper Daiquiri

3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
3 green tea bags
2 tablespoons whole white peppercorns
1/2 cup White Pepper Green Tea Syrup
1 1/2 cups white rum
6 limes, juiced (6 ounces), zest reserved for garnish
3 ripe peaches, roughly cubed (about 4 cups)
6 cups ice
- To make the White Pepper Green Tea Syrup, combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently until sugar is dissolved. Add tea bags and whole peppercorns and let cool completely for 1 1/2 hours. Strain and refrigerate syrup for up to 2 weeks.
- Add syrup, rum, lime juice, peaches, and ice to the 88-ounce Blender Pitcher and select BOOST YES Auto-iQ® FROZEN DRINK.
- Garnish with lime zest.
