Ingredients

1/4 cup pita, torn in pieces
1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers
1 cup toasted walnuts
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
1 tablespoon sumac
1 tablespoon harissa paste
1 1/2 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place pita and 1/2 cup liquid from roasted red peppers into a small bowl. Let soak until soft, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove pita and discard additional liquid.
  2. Place all ingredients, including softened pita, into the 24-ounce Tritan Nutri Ninja® Cup in the order listed.
  3. Select BOOST YES Auto-iQ® PUREE.
  4. Remove blades from cup after blending.
