Wonderfully refreshing source of lycopene, watermelon is loaded with this phytonutrient that boosts heart and bone health.


2 1/2 cups watermelon, cut in 1-inch chunks
2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup frozen peaches


  1. Place all ingredients into the 72-ounce Pitcher in the order listed.
  2. PULSE 3 times then select Speed 3 and blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  3. Go ahead, embrace your inner meal prepper. We hear you, making smoothies the night before is a huge time saver. But, heads up, never store your smoothies with the blade assembly attached—active ingredients in some foods may lead to pressure buildup and possible injury. Store them with Sip & Seal Lids instead.
