Make delicious fresh burgers in seconds!
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
4 leaves leaf lettuce
4 slices tomato
4 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
- Place the cubed beef into the 40-ounce Food Processor Bowl. 2. PULSE, using short pulses, until finely ground.
- Form into four burgers. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers to desired internal temperature, 4 minutes per side for medium or 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Serve on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and sliced cheese or on a bed of your favorite greens with our Fresh and Healthy Ketchup Relish (see our recipe).

For a different flavor, add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 medium yellow onion, or 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning while pulsing the beef.
