A delicious tropical yogurt smoothie, perfect as a mid-morning or afternoon pick-me-up.
1 orange, peeled, quartered
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups water
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/4 cups frozen mango chunks
BLEND until smooth.
