Sweet Spinach Detox

The combination of citrus with greens will help with the absorption of iron, plus it’s a great way to get spinach into your diet!
1/3 cup packed baby spinach
1/4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
3/4 green apple, cored, quartered
1/4 lemon, peeled, seeded
2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
1/8 cup apple juice
1/8 cup water
BLEND until smooth. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
