Ingredients

8-10 ice cubes
2 medium raw carrots, roughly chopped
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3 cups nonfat milk
Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Place ingredients into the 48 oz. Pitcher and blend until smooth.
