8 oz. light cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white chocolate melts
- Place the cookies into the 40 oz. Processing Bowl and pulse until cookies are finely chopped.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl, fold in the cream cheese and roll into 1 inch balls and then place on a cookie sheet to freeze for 15-20 minutes or so.
- Next, melt the chocolate in a microwave for 60-90 seconds. Dip each ball into the chocolate to coat evenly, place back on the cookie sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
