1 (14oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (15oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the artichoke hearts and beans into the 40 oz. Processing Bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the olive oil and garlic to a saucepan over medium heat and sauté for 3 minutes or so.
  3. Add the puree and broth to the saucepan and heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
NOTE: Always allow the soup to cool to room temperature before blending. Once blended, transfer mixture back to a saucepan and heat to desired temperature.
