1/4 cup paprika
2 ounces dried ancho chili peppers, stem and seeds removed
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons mustard seeds

1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon kosher salt
