1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
16 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
- Place chicken into pot. Set to Stovetop High. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring often.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, if desired, and water chestnuts. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cilantro. Divide chicken among lettuce leaves. Fold lettuce around filling.
