Lid/Blade Assembly is difficult to remove from the cup.
Wipe the exterior of the cup clean. Holding the cup away from your body, carefully twist the Blade Assembly counter-clockwise to remove. If necessary, use a dish-towel or rubber gripper to get a better grip. Do not hit the cup or try to pry open as this may damage the cup or blade assembly. Ingredients don’t mix well, or get stuck in the Nutri Ninja® Cup.
Using Auto-iQ® programs is the easiest way to achieve great results. The pulses and pauses allow the ingredients become fully incorporated. If ingredients are routinely getting stuck, adding additional liquid will usually help.

When filling up the cup, start with fresh fruit or veggies, then leafy greens or herbs. Next add liquids or yogurt, then seeds, powders, or nut butters. Finally, add ice or frozen ingredients.
