How do I install the lid on the Precision Processor Bowl?
Place the lid on top of the Precision Processor Bowl, with the silver line on the tab on the lid aligned slightly to the right of the tab on the front of the bowl. Turn the lid clockwise to lock it in place. When properly locked, the silver line on the lid will line up with the silver line on the bowl.

How do I remove the lid from the Precision Processor Bowl?
Remove the lid by pressing the release button on the front tab, twisting the lid counterclockwise, then lifting. Always remove the Chopping Blade Assembly before emptying any of the ingredients in the bowl. To remove the Chopping Blade Assembly, carefully grasp it by the top of the shaft and lift it out of the bowl.

The lid seems to be installed correctly on the Precision Processor Bowl, but the programs will not run—what am I doing wrong?
Make sure the lid is installed correctly or the unit will not run; this is a safety feature. Place the lid on top of the Precision Processor Bowl, with the silver line on the tab on the lid aligned slightly to the right of the tab on the front of the bowl. Turn the lid clockwise to lock it in place. When properly locked, the silver line on the lid will line up with the silver line on the bowl.

What are the two blade assemblies used for in the Precision Processor Bowl?
The all-black plastic blade assembly is the dough blade assembly and should only be used when making dough, bread, or batter. The other blade assembly is our chopping blade assembly, which is used for every other instance, including chopping, mixing, pureeing, and mincing.

How do I install the Feed Chute lid on the Auto-Spiralizer?
Place the Feed Chute Lid on top of the Spiralizer Bowl. Turn the lid clockwise onto the Spiralizer Bowl, aligning the gray tabs on the lid with the front of the bowl. When the unit is connected to power and the Auto-Spiralizer is correctly assembled onto the motor base, the START/STOP button will illuminate, indicating that the unit is ready for use.

How can I tell which disc creates each specific noodle style?
The discs are color-coded:

Angel Hair: Yellow; Spaghetti: Red; Fettuccine: Green; Pappardelle: Orange; Ribbon: Blue.

How can I clean my Ninja® Precision Processor with Auto-Spiralizer?
Hand Washing: Wash the containers, lids, blade assemblies, and blade discs in warm, soapy water. When washing the blade assemblies and blade discs, use the provided cleaning brush or a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades. Handle blade assemblies with care to avoid contact with sharp edges. Rinse and air-dry thoroughly.

Dishwasher: The containers, lids, blade assemblies, and blade discs are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Ensure that the blade assemblies are removed from the containers before placing them in the dishwasher.

The unit will not turn on.
Be sure the unit is connected to an electrical outlet.

Make sure the container is correctly assembled onto the motor base. You should hear a click when the container locks into place.

The unit doesn’t turn off.
Remove container from base by rotating it counterclockwise and lifting it up. Display should turn off. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Food is not evenly chopped.
For best results when chopping, cut pieces down to even sizes and do not overfill past the Max Fill line on the Precision Processor Bowl.

Make sure the counter and the suction feet are clean and dry.

The unit is difficult to remove from the counter for storage.
Tip unit forward, lifting from the back to disengage the suction feet.

The motor base won’t stick to the counter or tabletop.
Make sure the surface and the suction feet are wiped clean. Suction feet will only stick to smooth surfaces.

Suction feet will not stick on some surfaces such as wood, tile, and non-polished finishes.

Do not attempt to use the appliance when the motor base is stuck to a surface that is not secure (cutting board, platter, plates, etc.)

You get semi-circular or shredded noodles.
If the collecting bowl is overfilled and causing the blade disc to lift up after spiralizing, your ingredient may have been too large, resulting in broken and inconsistent noodles. Follow food prep instructions in Quick Start Guide or Inspiration Guide.

For the most consistent results, be sure to center the ingredient onto the pin located in the center of the blade disc. (Refer to Instruction manual page 21, step 2).

Ingredient is not fully processed and is spinning on the pusher.
Remove remaining ingredient from blade disc pin and trim top and bottom so that both are flat. Make sure you center ingredient on the blade disc pin and secure the Food Pusher firmly on top of the ingredient. While maintaining pressure on food pusher, press the START/STOP button.
