Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries,
1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled,
1/4 cup fresh blueberries,
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks,
1 tbsp. goji berries,
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt,
1/4 cup water,
6-8 ice cubes

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the Pitcher & blend on 3 until smooth. Serve at once.
