Ingredients

1/2 cup light coconut milk,
8 ice cubes,
3 cups frozen pineapple chunks,
2 tablespoons 100% dried egg whites (I used Deb-El Just Whites), optional,
3 tablespoons light rum,
pineapple wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. PULSE three times. Select Speed 10 and flip the switch to START. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth.
