Consider two of the ultimate “detox” foods, kale and cilantro combined to cleanse your system! The avocado lends a rich, creamy consistency and a healthful dose of “good” monounsaturated fat.


3/4 cup baby kale, packed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
1 date, pitted, cut in half
2 kiwis, peeled, quartered
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup ice


Container: Regular 24-ounce Cup

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the Regular 24-ounce Nutri Ninja® Cup in the order listed, starting with baby kale.
  2. Turn unit ON and select "Nutri Ninja® Auto-iQ BLEND".
  3. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
  4. Go ahead, embrace your inner meal prepper. We hear you, making smoothies the night before is a huge time saver. But, heads up, never store your smoothies with the blade assembly attached—active ingredients in some foods may lead to pressure buildup and possible injury. Store them with Sip & Seal Lids instead.


For an extra detoxifying bonus, add 1/2 teaspoon chlorella powder.
