This drink is creamy and delicious; the coconut water gives it a tropical flavor. Plus, it’s a great fiber boost.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
2 small bananas, peeled
4 cups coconut water
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple

Instructions

Container: 72-ounce Pitcher

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the 72-ounce Pitcher in the order listed, starting with avocado.
  2. Turn unit ON and select "Auto-iQ FROZEN DRINKS/SMOOTHIES".
  3. Go ahead, embrace your inner meal prepper. We hear you, making smoothies the night before is a huge time saver. But, heads up, never store your smoothies with the blade assembly attached—active ingredients in some foods may lead to pressure buildup and possible injury. Store them with Sip & Seal Lids instead.
