Honey Orange Glazed Carrots

1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, minced, or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Grate 1/2 teaspoon zest and squeeze 3/4 cup juice from oranges. Stir carrots, 1 tablespoon butter, orange juice, and salt in pot.
- Set to STOVETOP HIGH. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until carrots are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover pot. Cook uncovered until liquid is reduced to 2 tablespoons.
- Stir in remaining butter, honey, orange zest, and thyme. Cook uncovered 3 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring often.
