Ingredients

1 cup pecans, roasted
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dates, pitted
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add all of the ingredients. PULSE to combine, scraping down sides as necessary.
  2. Press into a plastic-lined 8 x 8-inch baking pan, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Invert onto cutting board, remove plastic and cut into 12 bars. Wrap pieces in plastic wrap to store.
