Ingredients

11 oz. can mandarin orange slices
1 1/2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tbsp. shredded fresh coconut
1 tsp. grated ginger

Instructions

Place the oranges, frozen yogurt, coconut and ginger in the Bowl and blend on 2 until smooth. Pour mixture into molds and freeze for at least 8 hours, until frozen solid. Run molds under warm water when ready to serve.
