1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 (15oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups quick cooking oats
4 tbsp. olive oil
- Place ingredients, except oats and olive oil, into the 72 oz. blender and pulse 5-6 times. Add the quick oats and pulse 2-3 times.
- Add olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Transfer the veggie burger mixture into a bowl and form 4 inch patties.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
