Makes about 1/2 cup.

Ingredients

1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cabbage or packaged coleslaw

Instructions

Place ingredients, except cabbage, into the 40 oz. Processing Bowl and blend until well combined. Place the slaw in a serving bowl, drizzle the dressing over top and toss lightly. Serve immediately or refrigerate until used.
