1 cup cooked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 avocado, pitted and cubed
3 cups fresh greens, torn
1/2 cup Tangy Lemon Dressing (click here for recipe)
On individual plates, arrange the chicken, strawberries and avocado. Chill for 10 minutes. Just before serving drizzle with the dressing.
