Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal (regular or one-minute)
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 banana, peeled
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh berries for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into the Nutri Ninja® Cup and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
  3. Coat sauté pan with cooking spray and cook on medium-high until pancakes start bubbling around the edges. Flip and continue cooking until light golden brown. Garnish with berries, if desired.

Misleading photo

I only managed to squeeze out 2 pancakes with the amount of ingredients listed in this recipe. They were good, mind you, but come on. It would be nice if Ninja stated how many pancakes you can hope to make with recipes.
