High-Powered Protein Flapjacks

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal (regular or one-minute)
1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 banana, peeled
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh berries for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients into the Nutri NinjaTM Cup and blend until smooth.
  2. Coat sauté pan with cooking spray and cook on medium-high until pancakes start bubbling around the edges. Flip and continue cooking until light golden brown. Garnish with berries, if desired.
