Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mince parsley in Nutri Ninja® cup by pulsing until desired consistency. Combine parsley with olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Use as a garnish in our recipe for Asparagus and Watercress Soup with White Beans.

Tip
