Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups flat-leaf parsley leaves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mince parsley in Nutri NinjaTM cup by pulsing until desired consistency. Combine parsley with olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Use as a garnish in our recipe for Asparagus and Watercress Soup with White Beans.
