Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried Italian herb blend
Juice from one lemon
1 tsp. lemon zest
Small bunch of fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients, except chicken, into the 40 oz. Processing Bowl and blend until well combined. Transfer the marinade into a large self-sealing plastic bag and add the chicken pieces.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Arrange the chicken pieces in a large baking pan and bake at 400°F for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and no pink remains.
