Ingredients

6-8 ice cubes
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 banana, peeled
1 cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup mango coconut water

Instructions

Place all ingredients into the 48 oz. pitcher and blend until smooth. Serve right away. (Great after a workout to help hydrate!)
