Ingredients

2-3 ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp. organic flaxseed oil
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/3 cup nonfat blueberry Greek yogurt

Instructions

Place ingredients into the Nutri NinjaTM Cup. Pulse and hold until smooth.
