4 cloves roasted garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch lemon pepper
2 tbsp. chives (or green onions)
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved and steamed
Place all ingredients, except Brussels sprouts, into the Nutri Ninja® Cup and press the Single Serve button. Pulse until smooth. Remove the blades from the cup after blending. In a serving bowl, toss steamed sprouts with desired amount of aioli and serve while hot.
