Steamed Brussels Sprouts with Roasted Garlic Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

4 cloves roasted garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch salt
Pinch lemon pepper
2 tbsp. chives (or green onions)
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved and steamed

Instructions

Place all ingredients, except Brussels sprouts, into the Nutri NinjaTM Cup and press the Single Serve button. Pulse until smooth. In a serving bowl, toss steamed sprouts with desired amount of aioli and serve while hot.
