Ingredients

2 1/2 cups cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drained
2 tsp. brown rice miso
1 tsp. sea salt
3 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. water
1/2 small red bell pepper, seeded
1/2 small green bell pepper, seeded
1/4 small white onion, peeled and quartered

Instructions

  1. Place cashews into the 48 oz. blender and blend until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Add the miso, salt, lemon juice and water and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow it to sit for about 24 hours.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, mix to combine and serve with crackers or vegetables.
