Ingredients

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped white onion
Pinch garlic salt
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced jalapeno, seeds removed

Instructions

  1. Place broth, celery, onion and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or so, then remove from heat.
  2. Add cheese and stir until well combined.
  3. Once cooled, add the jalapenos and then transfer the mixture to the 40 oz. processing bowl and blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer back to saucepan to heat.
