Ingredients

14 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 green onion, cut in half
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut in half
1/3 cup lime juice
Pinch of salt
8 oz. block of reduced fat cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients, except cream cheese, into the 40 oz. blender and pulse 6-8 times.
  2. Place the cream cheese on a serving dish, and then pour the cranberry salsa over top. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers and enjoy.
