Papa's Baba Ganoush
3 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste),
3 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice,
3 garlic cloves, peeled,
Pinch chili powder,
Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the skin from the eggplants, place the pulp and remaining ingredients into the 40 oz. Pitcher and blend until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers or a sliced baguette.
