Makes 12 mini frittatas.

Ingredients

1 dozen large eggs,
1 cup cooked turkey meat (light or dark),
1 cup prepared turkey stuffing mix,
1/2 tsp. mustard powder,
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese,
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place ingredients into the 48 oz. Pitcher and blend until well-combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
