Makes approximately 4 cups.

Ingredients

1 cup almonds,
4 cups filtered water,
1 tsp. vanilla extract,
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds overnight for 8-12 hours until very soft.
  2. Place ingredients into the 48 oz. Blender jar and blend until smooth, which may take 1 minute or more.
  3. Strain over a cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
