Ingredients

2 cups kalamata olives, pitted,
1 clove garlic, peeled, chopped,
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil,
1 teaspoon lemon zest,
2 tablespoons lemon juice,
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds,
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the Top Blades in the Ninja Ultima Pitcher and add all of the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. PULSE to a rough chop, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve at room temperature.
